Piedmont Travel acts only in the capacity of agents and accepts no responsibility for services on any aircraft, train, motor coach, automobile, or any other conveyance used in connection with this conference, nor for additional expense due to delays, loss or accident to traveler or traveler’s baggage occasioned by such sickness, war, weather, quarantine, or from whatsoever cause. Any such loss or expense is the responsibility of the traveler. All arrangements for air transportation are made by the respective airline, which are not held responsible for any act, omission, or event after the traveler has disembarked from the airline. The usual passage contract in use by the airline, when issued to the traveler, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of the conference and/or the traveler. Air schedules are subject to change at any time.

Venue for any dispute is Greenville County, South Carolina. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina.

Reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
If you must cancel for any reason, you will receive a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee. A 30 day cancellation notice is required as space is limited and other applicants will require time to secure travel arrangements and accommodations for the conference. Piedmont Travel, Inc. and Eunoia Conferences reserve the right to cancel or withdraw the conference sixty (60) days prior to August 4, 2005. Should such an event occur, no processing fee will be incurred and all monies received will be refunded by July 1, 2005.
