There are times when the billing address of your credit card isn't where you'd like to receive your delivery. Here's how to set up an alternate delivery address.

(1) Just call your credit card's customer service number (found on your billing statement and on the back of the card itself) and tell them you want to set up an alternate billing address.

(2) When you fill out our order form, enter the billing address in the spaces provided, and the alternate address in the "Special Instructions" area of our form. When there's an address in this area, we automatically use it as the delivery address.

(3) Your credit card issuer uses the delivery address as a means of identification. Once you tell them you want to be able to receive deliveries at the alternate address, they'll authorize shipments to that address also.

You can place your order first, and then set up the alternate delivery address, but processing on your order won't begin until the new address has been added to the card issuer's files.

Remember, only the cardholder will be able to sign for and receive the package, so only use an alternate address if the cardholder will actually be there to sign. Otherwise, the package will end up waiting in the nearest Post Office.
